What we collect
When you enquire, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone number, workspace requirements and preferred viewing time. Landlord enquiries may include property details and document links. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your details to respond, prepare a workspace shortlist, arrange viewings, review a submitted property and keep a record of the enquiry. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who may receive it
Your enquiry is stored with the website hosting and database service. We may share relevant requirements with an instructed property agent, landlord or workspace operator when needed to handle your request. We will clarify operator introductions before sharing your contact details for a referral. Service providers may process information outside Malaysia.
Storage and your choices
We retain enquiry information for handling and follow-up, and for any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or to withdraw consent for future follow-up. Some records may need to be retained where required.
Your browser and external services
Your shortlist is saved in this browser’s local storage and can be cleared by removing saved spaces or clearing website data. The neighbourhood overview is a schematic guide. External street-map links, WhatsApp and source links follow their own privacy terms when opened.
